Admission Requirements
Admission into programmes at Scripture Union (Nigeria) Institute is open to individuals who demonstrate spiritual commitment, leadership potential, and a passion for Christian service.
All programmes are currently delivered in-person at designated training centres.
Foundation Level (Basic Certificate)
Applicants must:
Be at least 16 years old
Be able to read and write in English
Have a basic understanding of the Christian faith
Show willingness to participate in classroom discussions and practical sessions
Submit a completed application form
Intermediate Level (Diploma)
Applicants must:
Have completed a Foundation Level course or
Have at least 1 year of active ministry involvement
Be an active member of a local church
Provide a brief summary of ministry experience
Demonstrate readiness for practical ministry assignments
Advanced Level (Advanced Diploma / Leadership Certificate)
Applicants must:
Have completed the Intermediate Level or
Have at least 2 years of verifiable ministry experience
Be actively involved in church leadership or ministry coordination
Submit a personal ministry vision statement
Provide a recommendation from a pastor or ministry leader
General Requirements (All Applicants)
Commitment to Christian values and godly character
Willingness to attend all in-person sessions
Commitment to complete assignments and ministry practicums
Agreement to abide by the Institute’s code of conduct
Mode of Delivery
All courses are currently conducted physically (in-person) at approved training centres.
